Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Dispatch Location All orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Storage & Packaging All peptide products are packaged with temperature-sensitive materials to maintain product integrity during transit. We recommend storing all peptides at 2–8°C upon receipt.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via Australia Post at auspost.com.au.
Delays Core Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@coreplusau.com.
